By Car: The best place to drop off passengers is by our footbridge on Quay Street. View our handy map with directions. Please note that Mahuhu Crescent is subject to road closure prior to, during, and after most Spark Arena events. Road Closure for major events held at Spark Arena will be communicated through the Auckland City Council City Scene Newsletter, and road signs. For further information please feel free to call Spark Arena on 09 358 1250 Sometimes roadworks and motorway closures take place in the late evening. We suggest you check the NZ Transport Agency's list of motorway closures before the event so you're forewarned and can plan your driving route to and from the event as needed. By Bicycle: We have plenty of bicycle racks available to park your bike on our plaza for most events. We are not responsible for stolen items so please ensure your bike is locked and secured.

Bus Britomart station is a short 10-15 minute walk from our place and is on all major bus routes. Stairs and an entrance at the eastern end of the Britomart platform will take you out onto a walkway that will take you to Britomart Place, which leads to Beach Road and Mahuhu Crescent. The Beach Road stop on the Inner Link Bus Route is just 10-15 minute walk from our venue. The Link Bus operates 7 days a week, offering a seamless route to our venue. Train Britomart Station, a mere 10-15 minutes' walk from The Tuning Fork, provides a convenient train connection. Ferry The Downtown ferry terminal is a short 10-15 minute walk from The Tuning Fork. Choose the scenic waterfront route via Quay Street or the sheltered path along Customs Street East and Beach Road.

On the day of an event - 2 hours prior to doors. At all other times, the Spark Arena box office is closed.

While we encourage the use of public transport, there are approximately 7,000 car parks within a 1.2km radius of Spark Arena. Consider the following nearby carparks: · Britomart Car Park (Corner of Quay Street and Britomart Place, approximately 8 minutes walk) · Railway Car Parks (Te Taou Crescent, off Beach Road, approximately 5 minutes walk) · Tangihua Street Car Park (Tangihua Street, approximately 6 minutes walk) · The Ronayne Street Carpark (Approximately 6 minutes walk) · 30 Mahuhu Crescent car park (Approximately 1 minute walk)

Special Needs Assistance: Spark Arena provides extensive facilities for patrons with special needs. Parking for Mobility: A limited number of mobility impaired parking spaces are available to book in advance of the event. Wheelchair Seats: For wheelchair seating please specify this with us when booking your tickets. Lift Access: Two lifts are located in the Grand Atrium to the North Side. Braille is incorporated on lift access. Washrooms: All washrooms are fully serviced for wheelchair access. Guide Dogs: All guide dogs are welcome in Spark Arena. Hearing Assist System: All patrons requiring assisted hearing will need to contact Spark Arena on 09 358 1250.

Latecomers: Late access varies from event to event and at times patrons may be asked to wait until ushers give access to the arena. Please ensure you plan your journey to arrive well in advance of the advertised show start times. Catering: During events at Spark Arena, you'll find up to seven separate outlets, located on both the upper and lower levels, and they vary our offerings of food & drink according to the expected needs of the audience at each event. Please find their conditions of entry here: https://www.sparkarena.co.nz/conditions Alcohol Policy: The city bylaws are that no alcohol is to be consumed on the streets within Auckland CBD this is pretty strictly enforced by Auckland Police. The law of the land states that if you arrive at the arena intoxicated we can't let you in. If you show signs of intoxication at Spark Arena, then you will be asked to leave. In the exact words of the law "The licensee or a manager of any licensed premises who allows an intoxicated person to be or remain on the licensed premises commits an offence". This is not something we want to happen, so help us out and ease off the drink. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) while on the premises. No-one under the age of 15 is permitted on the standing GA floor without being accompanied by an adult (18+).
