About

The last of Come Together's 3 concert tours for 2024.

Following U2’s The Joshua Tree and Led Zeppelin IV Come Together bring you The Beatles’ Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Heart Club Band!

James Milne (Lawrence Arabia), Dianne Swann (When the Cats Away) and The Phoenix Foundation’s Sam Scott and Luke Buda feature on The Beatles Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band from 31 August.

Sgt Peppers will be performed in its entirety, with a bonus set of deep cuts and classic hits!

From high-concept cover art to psychedelic lyric sheet and epic sound production, the Beatles’ Summer of Love masterpiece was the record that defined ‘The Album’ forever more. And from Lucy In the Sky to A Day In The Life, its songs confirmed the Beatles as the finest craftsmen of their generation.

Aotearoa’s Come Together supergroup has honoured 13 of the world’s biggest rock albums since the series began, with a killer band and some of our most celebrated artists.

Now the odyssey continues one of the most revered LPs of our time.

Tickets are selling fast to these concerts. Fans are urged to book now to avoid disappointment. Their record-breaking Come Together series has been enjoyed by more than 50,000 people over four years.

    Incredible experience.

Any Led Zep tribute generates high expectation. The appeal to hear the IV album end to end was the draw card (rather than just hearing cover band hits). Was surprised the major hits made up the first half as opposed to kicking in with the album, but the band executed some incredibly challenging numbers to an extremely high standard. It was good to include both well known hits like Good times bad times, Dazed and Confused, Trampled Underfoot as well other songs like What is and What Should Never Be, The Ocean and others which one doesn’t typically hear live in such a setting. Calibre of performers in the band and the vocalists were incredible. Was great that EJ Barnes was able to join the crew and hammer out her songs. Milan’s energy on his songs and emotional commitment (especially on When the Levee Breaks… complete with harmonica), was next level. So pleased Seamus lead Four Sticks… probably the highlight… he got pipes. Oh and Julia taking inspiration from Stevie Nicks ‘Gold Dust Woman dance’ in her cape through No Quarter shower total emotional investment in the song’s spirit. The encore with the *big hitters* Kashmir and Whole Lotta Love was expected, but was a nice surprise to get Ramble On in there too! These “Come Together” concerts highlight the fact that we have a great level of talent and musical expertise down under and that the contributors original work needs to be valued just as much as their passion to play concerts like these!
